As the lead designer alongside my supervisor at Munchkin, I developed the Ultra-Lite Stroller Wagon from early sketches to refined CAD models. I was responsible for stylized 3D modeling and collaborated with the marketing team on material selection and CMF strategy, ensuring a balance of aesthetics, functionality, and manufacturability for its successful launch.

Leveraged AI-assisted ideation workflows for material and form exploration
Assisted in refining early CAD models from overseas manufacturers
Worked with 3D STEP files from the overseas engineering team, remodeling parts and using SolidWorks surfacing to refine standard fillets for a smoother, sleeker aesthetic while adhering to manufacturing constraints.
